If after receiving your item you determine that it was not what you expected, contact us  within 5 days of receipt of your order for an RMA number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer returns on digital content. Any returns must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging. An RMA must be on the package in order for the return to be processed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify the item’s condition and issue either a refund or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee, the cost of used items and shipping (This only applies if your order qualified for free shipping).  In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, the item must be returned in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories, and in like-new, saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returned and exchanged products.*Note, in store credits are only good for 365 days from date given. In store credit must be used within this time frame.

If an order is canceled after it has been placed in to processing it is considered a return. There is a cancellation fee of 3.4% to cover credit card charges that are incurred to refund your credit card.

Non-returnable items:

  • Special orders
  • Used or cut materials
  • Discounted items
  • Products over 15 days old.
  • Software.
  • All used or opened cutter parts and accessories including new and used blades, cutstrips, cut mats, bladeholders…

Why the 15% restocking fee?

Our minimum restocking fee covers our administrative and processing costs and the credit card processing merchant fees which are NOT refunded to us by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express when we process refunds to our customers.

Free shipping return capture:

If the item or order you wish to return to us was shipped at no charge to you under our $99 free shipping offer, the shipping charges that were incurred to ship the item to you will also be deducted from the return refund.

DOA items:

If items in your order have been damaged in shipping or appear to be dead on arrival, contact us and we will have replacement product sent to you, at no charge to you. We will email you a pickup label for the original shipment, at our cost. If after 21 days, items will not be considered, or treated as, DOA . Once the item has been given to FedEx for shipping back to us, please notify us with the tracking number so that we can send you a replacement.
