Online orders are typically processed in 1 – 3 days. Express orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST to ship the next day. Occasionally, there will be exceptions causing further delays in meeting our typical deadlines. In the event we are unable to meet said deadlines, a notice will be posted on our website. This can include holidays, company vacation time, pre-orders, back-ordered items, etc. In the instance that we have a holiday or company vacation time please allow five to seven days of processing.

*We do not ship on weekends, holidays or during company vacation time. The shipping date given during the time of checkout is only an estimated delivery date.

Local Pick up:

Unfortunately, we do not have a local pick-up option. All local orders will ship from the Mount Dora location.

Backorders:

Any items that are on backorder can take up to an additional 4-5 days before shipping. There may be some exceptions on the back orders and will vary case by case. Customers will be notified when placing an item in their cart if it is a back order item. You will see “Back ordered” in the title or “Available as a backorder” above the “QTY” box. Your cart will also state at the time of check out if your item is on backorder. Your line item will state “backorder” or “back-ordered:”. If the item you have ordered as a back order is going to be longer than the standard 4-5 days prior to shipping, you will receive a direct email stating the reason your item will be on backorder longer than expected and we will give you options to either keep your order on backorder until it comes in, if you’d like to change the item or if you’d like a refund.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimension, and travel distance. Our shopping cart automatically calculates these shipping costs, once a customer has provided a shipping address. Most US orders have a Free Shipping option available.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

All ground services offer delivery in approximately one to seven days from Central Florida. USPS shipments typically take 1-3 days to arrive. PlotterGeeks typically ships within 24-48 hours of order receipt.  Shipments are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only. *Residential (Home) delivery with FedEx is Tuesday through Saturday. They do not deliver on Mondays unless you are paying for expedited shipping.
